Clean lobby and helpful staff.

I had a troubling experience during my stay. The check-in process was incredibly slow and confusing. My card could not be charged, which left me to pay cash unexpectedly, causing me a lot of stress. The room itself was not at all what I expected—small and poorly set up with annoying street noise that made it difficult to sleep.

The staff made us feel at home with their genuine care, and the surprise cake for my daughter was a delightful touch that elevated our stay.
